This Registration Page is for the use of PSP Senior Candidates ONLY (PSP students who have completed all required coursework for the certification program in Modern Psychoanalysis). All others click here
to register for courses.

We encourage all Senior Candidates to continue their psychoanalytic training. As you know, Senior Candidates who take 15 or more hours of PSP courses in six months are exempt from the bi-annual Matriculation Fee.

To register for FALL 2007 courses through the mail, follow these easy steps:

1. Print out this page and complete all requested information. Please print clearly.
   

2. Mail the form and payment to: Tamika Hall, Administrator, PSP, 313 S. 16th Street, Philadelphia PA 19102. Form and payment must be received by August 31, 2007. Register by August 10, 2007 and receive a 5% Early Bird discount!
   

3. You will receive written confirmation that we have received your registration within one week from the date we receive it.
